I was in the Canyon on the first entonces trip so i made a point to make it happen for the second entonces trip. We drove down to the lake house Friday night and woke to a pile of empty beer cans the next morning. We got it together and drove to the West Fork of the chattooga and did the gear explosion thing, the plan was to canoe the west fork of the chattooga sleep over night and continue down through section I and take out at Earls ford. Water levels were right around two feet and the weather was clear and cool, i didnt even wear my dry suit. Ben forgot his paddle at so i surrendered mine, which was cool i got the princess position in the front of the canoe the whole weekend. We walked big shoals, drank way too many beers, and pi toned the canoe twice, a good weekend for sure!arlyn-
